Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales of downloadable and digital products are generally final once the product has been delivered or accessed. Digital products cannot be physically returned.

We encourage you to carefully review the product description and included files before completing your purchase.

Problems With Your Download

If you experience difficulty downloading or accessing your purchase, receive an incorrect file, or discover that a file is damaged or corrupted, please contact us. We will be happy to help resolve the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement file.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us so we can review the duplicate transaction and determine whether a refund is appropriate.

Refund Exceptions

Although digital purchases are generally non-refundable, we understand that unusual circumstances can occur. Refund requests will be reviewed individually when appropriate. Approval of a refund is at the discretion of Calm Life Creatives and does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

Physical Products

If Calm Life Creatives offers physical products in the future, return and refund terms applicable to those products will be provided in the applicable product listing or an updated version of this policy.
